2025 Rules and Guidelines

  1. Water, electricity, sewer are provided at each site. Please bury lines or enclose in PVC pipe from box/water spigot to your camper. Every site has to have a hose connection back flow preventer or vacuum breaker with a minimum rating or ASSE 1011 at all hose bibs. It is your responsibility to purchase one and get it installed and have one on your hose at all times. According to the Health Inspector, these are to be located on the closest connection to the spigot or after the “Y” splitter on both sides of the “Y” if you have one.

  2. All trash must be disposed of in trash bags and placed in the dumpster; not left at your site. No appliances, tires, etc. are acceptable items in the dumpster; only bagged household garbage.

  3. Pets must be leashed at all times; when walking dogs, no more than 6 ft leash, feces picked up immediately and disposed of properly (put in trash bag and placed in your trash or the dumpster). If your dog will not stop barking take action to stop it, or do not bring it; your fellow campers deserve quiet. No more than 2 pets per site unless pre-approved by management. You are expected to have your pets with current vaccinations. If your pets kill your grass, you will need to replace the grass. Leashes or shock collars are allowed as long as they restrict your pet to your sight. Pets are not to roam in anyone else’s site.

  4. You are responsible for your guests’ actions, if they are disrespectful, or troublesome to Eagle Stone staff or other campers, they will be asked to leave. Any short term visitor (staying less than 4 hours), must pay $3.00 fee. Long term visitor (more than 4 hours or overnight) must pay $6.00 fee. Guests are to check in with management even if you bring them; if they do not they will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to limit the number of people per site.

  6. Decks and sheds are permitted. See management before you start. Before you make any changes to your site ask for permission, easier then asking for forgiveness; we may make you change it back.
